CUSTOMER DON'T CARE Department

Having requested my account be downgraded from an anytime 500 to anytime 200 this was eventually done and a refund received for one month and then reverts back to the original, after many requests via the Autopage website I am still being given the runaround and am STILL being charged for the more expensive option. ROLL on 16th December when I can cancel my contract and put an end to this THIEVERY :-(
