Originally had 1 meg ADSl Line but internet speed disgusting. Upgraded to 2 meg Adsl line at additional cost.
Result... no stable connection of even 1 meg. Reported Line few times and received good response " your line has been tested with no defects"
Technicians proposed they swap to new port at exchange but no improvement.
Tried to lodge complaint on Telkom site and received server error that the service cannot be utilised.
Response time from Telkom Pinnacle Support Centre > 50 Min
