I lost my phone through on the 15/01/2013, and had been using someone else's phone due to blackberry being out of battery (which is typical). At the time of loss I had just transferred my SIM card to my phone trying to switch it on and unfortunately got mugged. Now VODACOM/CELLSURE rejected to pay my claim and alludes to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT my SIM card was last used in another phone as per network. This is REALLY BAD SERVICE, as they are quick to collect monthly insurance premiums but when it comes time to man up and deliver service this is what one GETS!
