As per my previous complaint Mtn will not contact me on 0847772636.
I got the dates incorrect, Paid to cancel the 3 lines on the 25 August 2012 (R10781.98), as per the agent Mapitso this would include the month of August. R1155 was debited on the 31 August 2012.
If the Mtn is brave enough to contact me for the proof il provide it and id like to listen to the call recording as well as this proves my complaint is valid.
