I had taken a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 on contract from Nashua mobile. Within 4 months of my contract the device had completely gone off. I then took it Nashua mobile for further assistance and the get a repair or replacement of the device. I was redirected to Smart Care in Durban which took about a week to diagnose a fault with the device Stating that it should be replaced and that they would credit Nashua for the device. I then took my device back to Nashua with the knowledge of getting a new device. Nashua said they would have their own technicians have a look at the device before repairs. Nashua then replaces the PCI board and battery although it was indicated that the device had to be replaced. I got my device back from Nashua after a month and used it for a max of 2 weeks before the display of the device started to flicker and started to turn colors around and giving a blur display. I have taken it to Nashua and they refuse to replace the device and have stated that it would take another month to fix.

It is very disappointing that i have to pay for something that's always in repairs. I purchased the device for my business but never got full potential from it.
