For more then three years I'm complaining about no 3G coverage in northriding area... everytime I call I get told I'm in a dead zone what ever that means. They eventually came to install a booster about a year back but it was only giving 3G signal now and then. I called in to complain only to be told by the agent in the data call centre that I don't have a booster and no records off any booster installed and there is nothing they can do.
Vodacom is going on about 4G but there 3G is not even working.
I got 9 contracts with vodacom and spend a fortune every month and this is what service I get... think is time to move to mtn.
