I purchased a brand new blackberry less than 6 months ago, and today found that my scrolling button no longer works, the phone has frozen and does not respond at all! I am highly upset about this fact as my phone is in an immaculate condition, never been dropped, not a scratch, and I use both a screen protector and a cover.

Now I am told I will have to hand my blackberry in at a vodacom shop and be without a phone for a minimum of 21 working days, all the while still continuing to pay for the blackberry service that I can no longer use???

This is not the first time I have had trouble with vodacom and blackberry and their continued lack of customer service has led me to want to cancel my contract with vodacom indefinitely!

It would be interesting to see how you even contact me seeing as I am without a phone???
