In December I apllied for a Telkom ADSL connection. I was intending to join Mweb, but gave Telkom a call regarding the line rental etc. The lady who helped me impressed me so much I was willing to give Telkom ADSL a chance.
The waiting time was a bit long, but I was kept in constant contact on when someone is scheduled to install my line and the status of my order.
The technicians were on time and very efficient and I have now been with Telkom for almost two months, with little complaint.
I am very surprised and please with the service I have received up to now.
