I CALLED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT A MONTH BEFORE THE CONTRACT ENDED AND I WAS TOLD BY A CONSULTANT THAT I NEED TO CALL ON THE DAY THAT THE CONTRACT ENDS AND I CALLED AGAIN ON THE DAY THAT CONTRACT WAS ENDING AND SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT TO TOLD THAT MY CONTRACT HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND I EVEN RECEIVED AN SMS CONFIRMING THAT THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN CHANGED TO PREPAID A FEW MINUTES. LAST MONTH ON THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER A DEBIT ORDER OF R279 WENT OFF FOR MTN AND I TRIED CALLING THE 808 NUMBER AND I WAS HOLDING FOR 30 MINUTES AND NOBODY ANSWERED MY CALL. I WENT TO THE BANK TO GO REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER AND NOW AGAIN TODAY A DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF AGAIN FOR R290.40. I DONT EVEN USE THE SIM CARD ANYMORE SO I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM BEING BILLED FOR. I AM FURIOUS BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT THE CONTRACT IS CANCELLED. MY REFERENCE IS 102983986.
