Virgin Mobile decided to black list me, FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT PAID IN NOVEMBER 2011. After that I did not hear from them again even though they were still debiting me.
You see there is a route you should take, by law, before you black list some one and Virgin Mobile did not bother to follow the law. If they had bothered to ask me for the money again, i would have made an attwempt to pay the account, I would have paid it before trying to get a better job. i have been trying to make an arrangement for 2 weeks now, with no solution.
Now because of their incompetence and Incredibly Poor customer service I am unable to make an arrangement to pay and get my name removed from ITC.
Well done Sir Richard Branson, you must be so proud of your incompetent staff.
