UN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBITY

to whom it may concern

my dad has taken a contract for both of his children in 2006 with autopage, in the last 2 years we have endless problems with them not giving us propper service as it was done years back

my sister has a blackberry 990 bold which went in for repairs 4 weeks ago, when we call the store they advised us the phone is on its way back from repairs, we have no idea weather its fixed or not coz they cannot tell us, we phoned again to ask were is the phone they advised us they will call us back

my mum then goes into the store and asked them were is the phone they cannot find it
this is hilairious, so now they want to do a follow up with courier companies and stuff while we stay without a phone.

the 2nd blackberry 9900 bold is mine . 2 months into my contract the phone froze and after 5 weeks they issued me with a referbished phone . so we paying almost R900 for a referbished phone and 1 is mislaid which we must wait.
