My Cell blacklisted by vodacom agent "by mistake"

My sister lost her phone and called in to Vodacom to have it blocked. She didn't have her IMEI for the phone. The agent then ONLY asked if she uses a blackberry and she said yes because she does. My phone then got blacklisted. We later discovered that if you have put your sim into another phone it will show at Vodacom. 3 phones appeared on vodacom's side including mine. The agent did not verify which phone she wants blacklist to make sure that the correct one was blacklisted. Now I haven't had a phone since yesterday morning and they guy I spoke to has disappeared. I have called in today and still no joy as I've had to start over again the same procedure from yesterday. I am being told that I have to wait 48hrs for this to be fixed. I don't have 48hrs to spend without a phone and the fact that it is THEIR fault is not taken into consideration to hurry up the process of unblacklisting my phone. I am appalled by Vodacom's DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. If it was a fault on our side I would understand, but because it's a fault on theirs there should be a sense of urgency in dealing with this matter. Disappointed!!!
