I cancelled my Cell C contract in writing three months prior to the end of my contract. The contract was never cancelled and the debit order continued to go off my account even though confirmation was received from Cell C that my contract was cancelled I have repeatedly requested Cell C to refund my money which they repeatedly promise to do but it never gets done. I was first told that the money was put into my contract which was supposedly cancelled - how pathetic! When I spoke to them again they said they would put the money into my account, a month and a half later I am still waiting for my payment. How many phone calls must one make and how long must one wait for something to be sorted out when it is Cell C's error. Pathetic to say the least!!!
