I called cell c direct to take out a contract for a samsung galaxy s4 I was informed by the sales man tshepo that my application had been succesfull and that I would be receiving my handset within 3 to 7 days I then waited 3 days and called back to do a follow up I was then told my applictaion had never been approved and it was declined I failed to believe that so I called a few days later I was told by another sales consultant my application was never declined and that tshepo did something wrong on my application and that she would send him a mail for him to call me immediately thereafter I received a sms stating that a sales consultant will contact me due to a delivery status issue I really feel this people working at cell c direct are incompetent and are not professional in the manner they are doing things its a matter of concern and because of this incident many of my colleagues do not want to take out a contract with cell c..I so hope this matter gets looked in ..till date I have not received feedback
