I had a cellphone contrat with Cell C which expired in 2010. They were suppose to give me a new phone, upon delivering of the phone, I didnt have all the requirement they asked the courier company to get from me. I called Cell C several times informing them that I am terminating the contract since i dont have their phone. I even sent an email to Cell C for the termination of contact. I called them for a follow up, the agent who was helped told me that the account was terminated. The next thing I got a call from attorneys telling about my Cell C account which is arreas. This is unaccapteble, they canno make clients to stay in their network by renewing contract without their concerns.
