Cell for yourself, the name suites them

I have had a cell phone contract for the last 4 years, in December 2012 22 i went to upgrade my phone at the glen - becasue i was due for an upgrade - i took a bb 9900 paid the fees and started to try my phone out in the store the phone wouldnt work, i was then told sorry out of box failure (obf because i didnt use the phone they gave me a bran new one, took the phone home and then the phone wouldnt go on, before the seven days i rushed through and gave them back the phone - cell c needed to run a ' PROCESS OF 7 DAYS ' before i got a new one - it took them 2 weeks and that i had to call all the time to find out where my new phone was, picked the new and third phone up on sat 19/01 took it home nad then again the new pone wouldnt switch on, . wow, the phone is returned back 23/01 - yet again they will run a 7 days process and in the interim cell c bills me for a phone i didnt even have and refuses to reverse my upgrade EVEN THOUGH I COMPLIED WITH THIER 7 DAY RULE - cell c for yourself because you have to do it for yourself - query ref number 3012302679 and 3012102720 - no body bothers to get back to me
