Sold 5G a month and only getting 3G. Query was logged and was promised that it will be sorted. Nothing has happened and nothing has been fixed. I am cancelling the contract and they can sue me for all i care!
On top of that i had endless trouble getting it to work from the beginning. Please note it is NOT compatible with all Windows packages. Line drops all the time and terrible reception. Never again am i going anywhere near Neotel and i will tell all my friends and colleagues!
