I lodged a complaint via Hello Peter on 6 Aug regarding my upgrade and the phone being out of stock. A lady from Vodacom did contact me on 6 Aug. (Unfortunately I misplaced her name) During this conversation we also realised that my package hasn't been changed as requested for the upgrade. She promised to provide me with feedback on a solution on 9 Aug. I haven't received any further response. I contacted the rewards call centre now, but they cannot even see that I have a query with my upgrade on their system.
I trust Vodacom will contact me urgently regarding this matter.
