S4 delivered did not receive free additional 500MB

This is ongoing from the 15july when i first upgraded online. I wanted the special advertised on vodacoms website for R399 a month i would be on the smart s package including an additional 500MB data for 24 months. After placing the order online i called customer care just to make sure of the additional data. I was told that i did not get the additional data and that i should wait 4 days for the phone to be delivered then send it immediately back so that the contract could be reversed. I did that and then waited another 3 days before i called again. The application for this special with the extra MB was then done on the phone. Today been the 1st of August i should have in total 750mb available not only 250! When i call customer care i am shoved from upgrades department to after sales department and it does not seem like ur consultants actually know what I'm talking about! They drop calls and pass me on! Vodacom has a call me back service where they promise to call back in an hour... how long is an hour? I'm sure the last time i checked it was 30 min. I have been a vodacom customer for 16 year's and i think this will be my last upgrade with them!!!
