I requested a telephone line be installed. After the installer left he said the line was working. I got a sms later that day to say the line was activated and working. I bought a telephone and connected it and the line is dead. I raised a fault but still I have not been contacted or any repairer sent out. I called the fault line twice, and the technician said the line was not activated, and transferred me to the activations department. They said the line is activated and it is a technical issue. This is completely unacceptable. I really do not hope that I will be billed for a line that is still not operational! This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, or maybe Neotel will be a better option.
