Our company applied for a business contract with Telkom mobile/8ta, on 03/07/13 and received the handset on the 04/07/13 request them to port out my number to 8ta. we were advised about the turn around time of 72 hours to Activate the number till to date still not activated. i have been calling them since monday 08/07/13 we were told it will activated after 24 hours because they can see from the system that the port out request was escalated, the only problem we had with them is they do not give feedback, we need to keep on calling them to know the status of the problem.today 11/07/2013 i called them to cancel the contract and i was told by their consultant that if i cancel the contract they will charge us the cancellation fee for the service that we never used
