Dear Vodacom,
I am convinced that you guys are out to make a quick buck from your clients. I did an upgrade on one of my lines last year August, the 22nd to be exact. Not even a year down the line the battery of the device is shot. It does not want to hold its charge and is fully discharged within the first hour of use. I checked with various Vodashops and they confirmed that the warranty on the battery is only six months. I then took to the internet and came across Blackberry's Limited Battery Warranty. According to this document, the warranty from Blackberry is one year. Why do I need to purchase a new battery when it is still under the manufacturer's warranty?
