My phone blackberry (9900) went for repairs on the 4-06-2013 then went to check for the phone on the 28-06-2013 cause I was told it takes 21 working days got my phone and it was off asked the lady if its working she yes but battery need to be charged went home charged my phone nothing was happening only red light charged the phone for the whole evening in the morning when I checked my phone is still off doing the same thing that it was doing when I sent it for repairs they debited my account on the 25 I dont have a phone went to N1City yesterday the told me they going to send it back to Johannesburg again I must wait for 21working days I told them I wont do that what kind of customer service is that or I must take it myself to tygervalley Its either Cellc its giving me a phone or cancelling this contract and they must take their phone and I'm also taking it further to my lawyers tomorrow they must give me a phone and take this toy from me i'm so angry right pathetic service they say phone went for repairs and its working but its not.
