Poor service/Faulty handset

I send my phone in at somerset mall Mtn for a faulty handset. While working on the phone it just switch of. I asked for a new phone, but every time the send back the old one. My phone is in for the fith time now and now they cant trace it. It's somewhere between repairs ans the shop itself. After how many complaints and questions i still don't have a phone. I ask for a superior to phone me, but without success. Very poor service.
