BAD SERVICE & NOT COMPLYING TO OFFER

I currently have a Vodacom contract and thought that the best solution would to be add on a contract for my daughter. There was a special running on the Vodacom website and called the call centre for a new contract. I took the offer for R189.00 for a Blackberry 9320. Which included BIS and 3 months free subscription. It took me almost an entire day just to get her number activated. Then started to setup the phone for her, only to see that the BIS is not working. Spent two hours this morning on the phone with the call center, sent proof of the ad that I had printed that was on the internet. I received the phone yesterday and in the box was a Justin Bieber fan pack, which was not part of the contract. I have now also been on the website and just to pull up the same deal for R179 pm with free BIS and 3 months free subscription and a free Bieber pack. So still the fact that they say there is no BIS and which contract have they given. No one knows what is going on and they do not get back to you. This was to assist my chronically ill daughter to be able to liaise with me and now she has nothing. The service they promise is not what you get
