I have upgraded my cellphone on the 26/04/13 told that is will take 5-7 days to be delivered, i must have phoned them about 10 times from then to find out and everytime you phone there is a different story
last week the phone was on the way to the couriers, when i had phoned the couriers say they have not received this yet
when i had phoned today, i was told that the phone was sent back to them, no reason why, and i do not know who they had phoned yesterday, now the phone is being shipped out again, thats some story
