Told a lie

I was phoned by a telkom 8ta consultant saying they are going to give me a phone for free as it was time for my upgrade and i was only going to pay R95 for my minutes, now all of a sudden I am supposed to pay R355 for a samsung phone the gave me every month. This is day light I cannot pay an installment of R355 for a R900 phone which meand i wll pay close to R9000 rand for this phone
