I just wanna express my unhappiness with Telkom call centre people, i installed ADSL yesterday and have called them twice or 3 times already and everytime i do not get assistance, they are rude and hush. now they can't even tell me how to change the stupid default wireless log in details, this Phutu Nala says she can't assist me change it because i will forget it and and bother them again (I mean really NOW) how many passwords do i have? am i a kid to forget? besides, even if i forget it's got nothing to do with her stupid self. i'm thinking of canceling these people they are useless.
