Cant change bank details

Called into your call centre, one gets asked a bunch of ridiculous questions that you pass or fail. I was asked twice, and failed twice, and therefore i cannot change my bank details with you. clearly you dont want your money then.
Perhaps one should focus on where you getting that info from since i dont recall giving you permission on doing a background check in order to change my bank details.
stupid company with even more stupid people. overpriced clothes.
