Call center Agent damaged my sim card

I have been with 8ta for nearly 3 years. I have been trying to change to "8ta more" from "pre-paid per second" for the past 24hours and no success. The problem started when i tried doing it on my cellphone and no success so i phoned the call center and the agent tried moving me "8ta more" but could not complete the process because it kept saying pending. That was on the 21st of May 2013 around 1500hrs. I phoned on the morning of 22nd May and was told its going to take 24hrs. I Phoned again at around 1300hrs and was told to wait a further 2 hrs for the request to be granted. I phoned at 1500hrs and was told my sim card is "damaged" so i need to buy a new one and change my number to the one i already have and its going to set me back 35 rands. The "damage" only hinders my request to change to 8ta more.

To be honest the only reason i m still on 8ta network (after this damaged sim card fiasco) is the 30 rand airtime i bought to use on the 8ta more platform so that its doubled. My number is 081 468 7690.
