MAJOR organisational issues!

I decided to write this report after my 4 month ordeal with Safricom, bearing in mind that:

1) I never received a single byte of data from them
2) Installation was never done
3) They billed me for every month @ R245/m

22nd of January, I decided to call Safricom for the use of their services. Little did I know of the communication issues present in the company, with me speaking to company representatives 24 (!) times over the course of the following months.

Installation went as follows:

- Technician came to look and said line of sight should be "no problem"
- Two other technicians came and said their is "F all" line of sight
- They fetched another technician who said we could install an AP
- Senior technician later said the AP's not possible and thereafter proceeded to just not let me know and bill me anyway
- I contacted Johan (senior manager) who said it would be possible, where after he proceeded to do nothing

All the while almost no one called me back when they said they would. Even getting my money back took 2 months!

At this stage, I opted to go Telkom ADSL, which in 2 weeks gave me spectacular service in comparison. Shocking.

Ugh, will never recommend to anyone.
