We had hello card number in cellc, and 3 weeks ago we signed a contract with MTN and port the number to you, but the contract didn't get through, so the number should come back to cellc. Two weeks ago the lady Thuletu called me to say the number came back to cellc and asked us to get another sim card in cellc shore. But when we come back to cellc stores many times, even compliant here, they said the number is still in MTN system.
So it means ONE of you, MTN and CellC, are lying. Could you just check in your system again and give me back my number?
