I realised today that there is an amount of R28 being taken from my account each month from Vodacom.
After calling Vodacom they indicated I am paying for another persons account. This is pathetic and concerning that a company like Vodacom can start deducting money from my account without my consent because they are incompetent.
Another irritation is it is now my responsibility to prove my account details and then also I have to send them statements of these deductions before I can receive my money back.
I would like my money back ASAP
