To who it may concern...
i am a very unhappy customer whom at the end of 2011 i signed a contract for my husband with PF Soneike and Discovery Vitality to join a gym, at the time i was highly pregnant so the consultant by the name of Thabang asked me to sign all the documentation but at the time i didnt have the once off fee amount that vitality members pay, so he suggested because im pregnant and due any time he will suggest that i sign and then month end i can just pay the money because he understood that i will not be able to come to them as i will have a small baby..then problem started when they deducted full gym fee end of Jan 12 whereas i have vitality, i reported that immediately and they acknowledge the case and told me im not the only person that Thabang misrepresent the contract and they will help me to sign new one.. but i have been sent from pillar to post with no help but they deduct the money off which i reverse all the time but im worried about my credit record as they keep on billing me.. Please help as this is an issue to me and it has made me to even stop going to the gym as im very unhappy about their lack of assistance on the issue...
