I have a clean record of payments with WWFS regarding a personal loan. I checked my bank account this morning and see that Woolworths Financial Services decided (without any notification) to deducte my debit on the 28th March, 2013 instead of the 1st of each month. This debit order was returned as unpaid because there was no provision made for this transaction on the 28th March. In the past, if there was a public holiday, Woolworths sms'd me to state that the debit would go off on the first business day thereafter. I was going to do my banking on Saturday (business day) 30th March and make sure, as always, that there would be funds. I now have a black mark against my bank account and Woolworths will have a returned debit against my account which will affect my credit profile.
