In March 2012 I bought a sleeper couch in House and Home Festival, 2 months ago the one leg broke and when I phoned to speak to the manager he was busy and didnt even bother to return my call, I was even told that I should bring the couch in so that they can fix it couldnt understand why because I paid for the delivery fee and its not my fault that it was damaged it the first place and also there is no way I am paying someone to deliver the couch to the store for me, so I have decided its hardly a year I bought that couch and already is falling apart, I want my money back if not I am seeking legal advice
