We bought a samsung washing machine 3 months ago. It broke, we phoned Game, they told us the technician will come in three days time.3 weeks later 30 calls later they arrived. Then only to find out they cannot fix it.
The technicians took it away to be repaired. The machine is now not repairable and should have been replaced last week already.
Then when my wife drove into town after Samsung promised her she can just go and collect with the ref no samsung gave her, game tells her, they need the machine first but wait, the machine is at game's technician, but we must see to it that the machine gets delivered to the store.
