I was using a lap top of Lenovo that i bought at Joshua Doore, in Johannesburg commisioner street. I took my laptop there for repair's last year november 2013 and it was taken in by the store for repair and i was promised that it would be repaired. I have been at the strore to make follow ups about the fixing of my laptop but still no way forward. I am taken from pillar to post, till now January month. I yes, i do admit that the laptop is out of it's Warrantee but i should have been informed if they can't repair it for me, instead to them taking it in for repairs. I have currently wasted so much money on internet cafes due to that i dont have a laptop. This has made me very mad and unhappy about the service i have received at this store. I need something to be done quickly and i need my laptop repaired by them due to that they have wasted my time.
