My husband and I brought a lounge suite through Praveen. We only brought this through Beares becasue it came with a free Tablet. The lounge suite was delivered (late) and Praveen told us that the tablet will be delivered a week later. It has been 3 weeks, and they have now told us that their supplier doesnt have stock, and they want to send us a different tablet than the one advertised with the deal, and only deliver it within the first two weeks of January. The service is shocking. How can you advertise a product and not deliver? After so many phone calls to Praveen, and after so many empty promises I have lost all faith in Beares. I will never use them again. I suggest you demand your free product upfront, otherwise you may never get it out of them. They ruined Christmas as the tablet was meant to be a gift. The lounge suite cost R 20 000 and was paid in cash-they should be treating customers like me like gold, not giving us pathetic service by not delivering what they promised-and what I paid for. Next time I would rather go buy from someone else who doesnt have fake promises. Really dissapointed and I hope everyone who reads this takes my opinion into consideration before purchasing with Beares
