I ordered an item as a gift&as soon as I completed the order realised I forgot to change the delivery address. I immediately phoned the helpline&spoke to someone who changed the address. Soon received an email saying the parcel was on its way, but the email showed the old address. Phoned again, was assured that it would go to the address I specified. Yesterday I get a call from my workplace saying a package from Kalahari arrived despite the fact I had actually given my husband's work address in the same area (no idea how they managed that). We're on holiday and my workplace is closed from today so the package can't be picked up by the couriers to be delivered to the correct address before the family member's birthday. Had to phone several times, on hold for ages and can't track down the representative I spoke to. Finally spoke to her now and will have to return package in January (paying R55 for shipping) and have to order the item from somewhere else so that the family member will get it on their birthday. Wasted a lot of time on trying to sort this out. Absolutely shocking service and will not be purchasing anything from them [URL Removed] policy clearly doesn't put the customer first.
