My mother is an account holder of foschini, every month they call her and send sms reminding her of her responsibility to pay the account. it is annoying for her because she knows her responsibilities, and the call center agents just give her unnecessary stress. what kind of retail does this to customers? she is paying her account, even before month end she gets a call, someone saying that she needs to make a payment. how does Foschini really treat its customers? the constant nag is annoying really.
