I went to the store 3 months ago to submit a cellphone claim and the service that am getting am not about with it cause she does not call me to give feedback & every time I go 2 the store she says she forgot & on the 1week of december she gave me the numbers for finrite & she said I must call them. Am really cause its not my job 2 remind her to do follow up & the worst thing is she is telling me to call them myself who's job is it to that I pay my cellphone insurance & they deduct thier premium & expect better service.
