To everyone shopping at Kalahari. Please don't. Once you make an error you do not get your refund and they deduct R50 for handling fee. Rather just go to your local store, it is just so much better! Online shopping is only an inconvenience.
Kalahari, please provide my refund. I have notified you on 16September of the return. Only by the 2nd of October you said I will receive my refund within 7 days. I have mailed you twice but did not get any response. I have also requested the refund to go back to my Credit card. How can this be acceptable? Now I see you have credited my Kalahari Account??? I do not want to shop with you! Please give my money back!
