Eyond unhappy

I am beyond extremely fed up with ww. I had a new store card which was deemed invalid. I am yet to recieve a new one. its been about 5 months and whilst I had it I made my payments regularly. I have been unable to lately, as I don't know what I owe or what bank details to use? I usually pay at a till point.

please rectify or I will have to take matters further!!
