I am waiting almost two weeks for my paid up letter in full. I paid the account last month (September) already. On every call every agent tells me a different story. I need that letter as I want to purchase a house. The people at the lawyers/ call centre are very unprofessional I am disgusted for such a big company with such unprofesionalism.
I was promised again! to receive my letter today and if I don't recieve it today then I will go to the ombudsman
