I bought a launch set from them in January of this year.. (first set) it was torn on the side and bad quality... Spoke to the branch Manager Charlotte... 4 month later the set was replaced with a new one... (second set) was delivered and 2 months later seats give in spring problems.. Complained again to Charlotte and told her the quality of the set is bad and i don't want same set i will pay extra for a different make.. i paid for a better set and after 4 weeks of waiting for my new set witch i paid cash, they still did not manage to get it delivered. Then i told Charlotte to cancel everything and i will buy somewhere ells!! Then on Tuesday morning the area manager Jonatan phones me to try and safe the deal witch was to late.. then in less then half an hour they managed to find someone to pickup the old set from my place and til today i have tried a few times to get into contact with him to get my money that i paid back to me!! but not any one of the two returns my calls!!!
I want my money back witch i paid!!! today not in 4 or 6 weeks time!!!
Stay away from Beares!! Do not buy anything from them ever!!!
