On 9 July our relative new Whrilpool washinh machine reported an error. Could not use it anymore. Phoned Whrilpool on the 9th and Technician was send out the nex day REF: S000317534. We were inform that the machiine is getting cold!!! Where in your life have you ever heard about this????
Well we have to fix this cold lazy machine, but is is an electronic board that needs to be changed. We were promised the next Friday it will be in the country as this board is not lacally available. Does whirlpool only sell 1 of these machines monthly?? Weel we had to wait for a week and a bit to the 19th. Someone would phone me to confirm when the part is here and when the thech will come and fix this cold piece of junk. Well that someone died unfortunately in this period and of course got not call. Monady 22 July I phoned again. Got a new REF no. S000319584. Wow thats great but where is the part ordered. Waited 4 hours, someone did phone to inform me Friday the 26th. Never happened!! Phoned Monday, will be here Wednesday, phoned today nothing will pohne me back.
Pathetic service - 3 weeks later and no indication when it will be fixed.
