I took a R Hobbs Microwave in for repairs on the 15th of May 2003.Firstly they told me they lost my slip and it won't be repaired if it doesn't have a slip. Next I was told it was out of warranty it was on the 14th of June when I told the store manager they must fix it I'll pay. I haven't heard a thing from her until today. H.O lady phoned to say that they are sorting it out but I am still waiting. This is pathetic must I buy a new microwave? I believe from the 14th of May until today that Microwave is still sitting in the store. The sales assistant Phius who I gave the slip denied that he gave me the receipt back as he made a copy. Please Boardmans deal with this matter urgently as I am gonna take it further. I must have a microwave by Monday whether mine, a loan unit or a new one. How do you think my wife and kids need to survive the whole 2 months without a basic need? Edcon is a big company for such a bad example. Please Please and please again take this very serious.
