I was really impressed by the speed and efficiency of [URL Removed] I ordered a stroller and a pack of diapers just shortly after 11pm and they sent the delivered goods by 2:20pm. I was not expecting same day delivery at all, and would have been content with receiving my package by 5pm. South Africa is wrought with so many inefficiencies and excuses that I was more than impressed with their expedience.
Also, on another occasion, I had to cancel an order because of an issue with my credit card. The next morning I received a personal e-mail informing me that the order had been effectively cancelled.
Once again, I'm totally impressed with their service.
