According to Woolworths customer service, when a customer comes in the store to make a account payment and ask what the amount due is, it's not always accurate. I was hounded by Woolworths for a overdue account but the slip I had said amount due zero!!! the lady at customer service said to me they post me a bill for a reason and I should look at my bill and not ask the store to give me a amount due as it is not accurate.
I don't understand as all other retailer can give me a accurate amount due... what makes Woolworths so special???
